What Is the Teb Rune and Why Buy It
The Teb Rune is a Magic Rune of Invocation in Diablo 4, meaning it consumes Offering generated by a paired Rune of Ritual to trigger its effect — evoking the Necromancer’s Iron Maiden to counterattack damage from nearby enemies and heal you when they die. Pair it with any Ritual Rune in a two-socket item — available on Chest pieces, Legs, Two-Handed weapons, and Helms — and it will fire whenever that Ritual Rune’s condition is met.
Teb is a strong sustain pick for builds that take frequent hits in dense enemy situations, turning incoming damage into a healing source through the Iron Maiden reflect. Its compatibility with all 17 Ritual Rune triggers makes it easy to slot into any playstyle. If you need Teb Runes fast without the farming, InstantCarry delivers them directly to your character.

How To Craft Runewords
Crafting a Runeword requires combining one Rune of Ritual and one Rune of Invocation in an item with two sockets. Eligible item slots include Chest pieces, Legs, Two-Handed weapons, and Helms. The Ritual Rune generates Offering when its condition is met, and the Invocation Rune spends that Offering to activate its effect.
