Refund Policy

At Instant Carry, we prioritize customer satisfaction, which is why we offer a hassle-free, full refund policy within 14 days for all “immediate service” requests, in addition to your legal rights. This refund option is applicable if the service has not been initiated yet. We consider services to have officially commenced once a performer has been assigned to begin the service and any progress has been made toward its completion.

We offer two types of refunds to accommodate different situations. To initiate a refund request, please reach out to our support team on Discord at “instantcarrysupport”.

Instant Points (Website Balance) Refund: The refund will be processed in the form of Instant Points, which hold an equivalent value to the amount you have paid thus far (1 Coin = 1 Euro). These coins can be utilized for any game or service available on our website.

Cash Refund: If you prefer a cash refund, it can only be issued to your original method of payment, provided your request meets the eligibility criteria. Please note that it may take up to 96 business hours from the time of your refund request for the process to be completed.

You can request a refund from Instant Carry in cases where the service has not been fully completed. However, if the service has already been initiated and partially fulfilled, a partial refund will be issued in either Instant Points or Cash, depending on the capabilities of the payment provider you used for the transaction. Certain payment providers may not offer the option for partial refunds. In such instances, the refund will be processed in the form of Instant Coins.

Refund requests can be made under the following circumstances:

• If your order has been canceled.

• In the event of an exceptionally low-quality service provided by your booster, a thorough investigation by our management team will be conducted before reaching a decision. We will then promptly communicate the outcome to you.

• If you have changed your mind about availing the services listed on our website. If the order has already commenced at the time of your reconsideration, a partial refund will be issued based on the progress made up to that point.

Please be aware that the initial investigation of refund requests typically takes 1 to 3 business days.
