Policy:

  • Professional Attitude – If you respect ETAs (estimated time of arrival) and communicate well with customers and our team, you will automatically receive more orders.
  • Confidentiality – Information about customer accounts and service details must remain strictly confidential.
  • Reputation – The customer is always right, and their feedback is essential. Positive reviews and comments will greatly improve your internal ranking and increase the number of future tasks you receive.
  • Customer Preference – If a customer specifically requests you for an order and you’re available to complete it, that order will be assigned to you.
  • Anti-Cheating and Fair Play – Cheating or using hacks while providing our services is strictly prohibited. If caught, your contract will be terminated, payments frozen, and we will report you to the game’s support team.
  • No Private Payments – Accepting private payments from customers is not allowed. If you do, your contract will be terminated, legal action will be taken, and your funds will be frozen.
  • Account Reclamation – Attempting to reclaim a customer’s account will result in legal penalties.

Job application process:

  • We will email you to let you know if you are accepted or not. If you are accepted, we will contact you through Discord and guide you through all the steps before fully adding you to our roster. Once accepted, a booster/seller account will be created for you on our website, where you can complete the registration process and enter all necessary information about yourself.
  • To finish your recruitment, you will need to sign a contract and verify your identity by uploading a selfie along with a scan of your ID (Passport, National ID, or Driver’s License).

Payments:

We offer flexible payment options through PayPal, EasyStaff (Crypto), or bank transfer, available to all countries. Payments are processed regularly, ensuring you can expect at least two payouts each month. In urgent situations, we can arrange for a quick payment within 48 hours.
