Walking Arsenal requires maintaining three different weapon type bonuses simultaneously — slashing, bludgeoning, and dual-wield — and the moment all three are active, the boots fire automatically. That automatic Ground Stomp is not just crowd control; in a build where Damage to Stunned Enemies is a primary multiplier, every Ground Stomp proc is simultaneously a stun and a damage amplifier that applies to every skill hitting the target during the stun duration.
The Fury generation on proc is the other half of the boots’ value. Walking Arsenal builds are Fury-hungry by nature, rotating through multiple skill types to maintain all three Arsenal bonuses active simultaneously. Landing 50–100 Fury on each Walking Arsenal activation — which happens naturally through normal skill rotation — provides a resource injection that keeps your most expensive skills available and firing without interruption. At the high end of the Fury roll, a single proc can essentially refill your resource bar from empty, removing resource management as a constraint entirely during sustained combat.
The Movement Speed affixes add a mobility dimension that compounds as you stack Walking Arsenal bonuses. Each active Arsenal bonus adds additional Movement Speed, making fully active Walking Arsenal builds significantly faster than standard Barbarian configurations — useful both for repositioning in endgame content and for closing gaps between enemy groups quickly during The Pit and Helltide farming.
Sescheron’s Fury charm set pairs naturally with 100,000 Steps — the set’s Colossal form and the boots’ Ground Stomp size bonus combine to create enormous AoE Stomps during Colossal windows, covering dramatically larger areas than either item produces independently.
