About First Aid in TBC Classic
First Aid’s core value proposition is simple — free healing that costs nothing but a bandage and a few seconds of not taking damage. Every other source of in-combat recovery in TBC Classic has a cost: healing spells cost Mana, potions are on a shared cooldown, health stones are limited by Warlock cooldowns, and regeneration effects are passive and slow. Bandages are none of these things. A Heavy Netherweave Bandage heals for a substantial amount over 8 seconds and requires nothing but cloth to craft and a brief cast to apply. For classes that cannot self-heal — Warriors, Rogues, Enhancement Shamans, Hunters — this makes First Aid the only active emergency recovery tool available in their kit.
The Triage quest is the gate that stops many players from getting their First Aid past 225. It takes place in the Theramore field hospital in Dustwallow Marsh and requires treating wounded soldiers fast enough to keep the patient survival rate above a passing threshold — a timed challenge that fails and must be retried if patients die too quickly. Players who have not done it before often fail the first attempt and give up on the profession entirely, leaving themselves capped at 225 through the entire leveling process and into early endgame. Our boosters complete this quest reliably as part of the service, unlocking the 225–300 bracket without any of the trial-and-error that self-leveling players experience.
The Outland bracket — 300 to 375 — is where Netherweave Cloth becomes the primary material. Netherweave is abundant in Outland from any humanoid mob, making it one of the more accessible cloth types if you are actively farming in the right zones. However, on TBC Anniversary servers with high population density, Netherweave prices on the Auction House spike at launch and during new phase releases when large numbers of players are leveling simultaneously. Our boosters source materials efficiently and navigate the 300–375 bracket using the optimal Heavy Netherweave Bandage crafting path to complete the skill cap as quickly as possible.
Why Buy the First Aid Boost
First Aid is held back at multiple skill points by book unlock requirements and the Triage quest challenge that many players navigate incorrectly, leading to wasted cloth and time spent at incorrect skill caps. The cloth demand across the full 1–375 range — spanning Linen, Wool, Silk, Mageweave, Runecloth, and Netherweave — is substantial, and sourcing the right cloth at the right bracket while completing all mandatory unlocks in the correct order requires profession-specific knowledge our boosters have already optimized. For players who want immediate access to Heavy Netherweave Bandage self-healing for raids, PvP, and dungeons without the book hunting, Triage quest attempts, and cloth farming that self-leveling requires, our boost delivers a fully leveled First Aid profession with all unlocks completed in a single session.
