Get Your Stonevault Mechsuit Before It’s Gone!

Hey everyone and welcome to another InstantCarry blog post! With Season 1 of The War Within coming the a close, The Stonevault no longer being part of the next seasonal rotation. With this, the mount that can drop in Stonevault on Mythic or Mythic Keystone difficulty. Since The Stonevault dungeon will no longer be part of the seasonal pool, it will make the Stonevault Mechsuit mount temporarily unavailable to farm.

TWW Season 2 Release Date

The War Within Season 2 starts on March 4th – And with it, the dungeon rotation will change. This means that this is one of the last chances to obtain the Mount in the foreseeable future.

How to get the Stonevault Mechsuit?

The Stonevault Mechsuit is a rare mount reward that drops from the quest item Malfunctioning Mechsuit. This item has a chance to drop from Void Speaker Eirich, the final boss in Stonevault on Mythic difficulty, or from the cache at the end of a Mythic+ Stonevault run.

Changes coming to Season 2 of The War Within

The War Within expansion introduced a new rotation system for current dungeons. Dungeons like Khaz Algar are only available on Mythic difficulty while they’re in the seasonal rotation. With Stonevault leaving the rotation in Season 2, you’ll no longer be able to farm Mythic Stonevault until it returns, which could take until the next expansion.

How to Obtain the Stonevault Mechsuit:

If you’re lucky enough to loot the Malfunctioning Mechsuit, you’ll receive the quest A Mech in Need, which will direct you to collect three trinkets from Khaz Algar dungeons:

• Overclocked Gear-a-Rang Launcher from Speaker Brokk in Stonevault.
• Synergistic Brewterializer from Goldie Baronbottom in Cinderbrew Meadery.
• Burin of the Candle King from The Candle King in Darkflame Cleft.

Note that the Synergistic Brewterializer and Burin of the Candle King are exclusive drops for Intellect specializations. Thankfully, the quest is Warband-wide, meaning you can grind it on an Intellect alt if you don’t have the right specialization.

CONCLUSION

Season 2 of The War Within will bring new opportunities for mount farmers. While Stonevault leaves the rotation, Darkflame Cleft will make its debut, bringing the chance to farm for the Wick’s Lead mount! There’s still plenty of mount farming to look forward to, so make sure to grab the Stonevault Mechsuit before it disappears from the rotation!
