Shortening that duration while dramatically increasing total damage means the per-tick damage rate is substantially higher than unmodified Arrow Storm — the same damage arrives faster rather than more slowly. For builds that trigger Arrow Storms frequently through on-hit effects from Penetrating Shot or Rapid Fire, this means the landscape of simultaneous active Arrow Storms at any given moment is denser, each individually more lethal, and each refreshed more quickly as new ones proc before old ones expire.
The 50% cascade mechanic is what makes Cassia’s Grace specifically potent in the dense group content that defines endgame Rogue play. A Rogue with Aspect of Arrow Storms generating Arrow Storms on every Penetrating Shot hit already creates multiple simultaneous Arrow Storms per second in a fast rotation. Cassia’s Grace adds a 50% proc to each of those Arrow Storms — and each proc has its own 50% chance. In a fight where 6 Arrow Storms are active simultaneously, the expected number of additional Arrow Storms from procs alone approaches 3–4 extra per proc cycle, effectively doubling active Arrow Storm count with no additional skill investment required.
