Dark Stalker’s Medallion is a Barbarian-exclusive Unique Amulet in Diablo 4 built around the Walking Arsenal mechanic and weapon type cycling. Casting a Skill with a Two-Handed Bludgeoning, Two-Handed Slashing, or Dual-Wielded weapon each grants 15–20% increased damage for 15 seconds — three independent stacks that can be maintained simultaneously. Understanding Dark Stalker’s Medallion
Dark Stalker’s Medallion is named after Renit the Dark Stalker — whose inscription reads simply “Tried dying once. Didn’t care for it.” It is a fitting philosophy for a Barbarian amulet designed to make its wearer dramatically more dangerous the longer they stay in combat cycling through all three weapon types.
The amulet’s core mechanic maps perfectly onto Walking Arsenal — one of the most powerful Barbarian key passives in Season 13. Walking Arsenal already demands that the Barbarian rotate through Two-Handed Bludgeoning, Two-Handed Slashing, and Dual-Wield weapons to maintain its passive benefits. Dark Stalker’s Medallion rewards exactly this same rotation by stacking independent 15–20% damage bonuses per weapon type, and then delivering a 25% Attack Speed and Crowd Control Duration bonus on top when all three are simultaneously maintained.
The Attack Speed component is particularly impactful for Walking Arsenal builds. Faster attacks mean more frequent weapon type hits, which keeps all three damage stacks refreshed more reliably and simultaneously generates more procs from Lucky Hit dependent aspects and passives. Combined with 100,000 Steps boots that auto-trigger Ground Stomp on full Walking Arsenal activation, the Crowd Control Duration extension from Dark Stalker’s Medallion stretches the Stun window from each Ground Stomp — giving more time to deal full damage against immobilized enemies during the triple-bonus window.
