Flameweaver is a Unique Gloves built exclusively for the Sorcerer, and its mechanic creates one of the strongest single-target damage interactions in the Fire Bolt kit. Casting Fire Bolt through your own active Firewall causes it to split into 3 bolts, each dealing 80–100% increased damage. Since Fire Bolt already pierces through enemies by default, all 3 of those bolts can shotgun a single target simultaneously, stacking three separate instances of Burning damage on whatever you’re aiming at while also providing wide coverage against spread-out packs. Because affixes are randomized in Lord of Hatred, secondary stats will vary by roll, but the Unique Effect is always fixed. Flameweaver drops from Grigoire and can also be found from Nightmare Dungeons, World Events, Helltide chests, and general open-world loot.

The interaction Flameweaver enables only works under a specific condition: you need Firewall already active on the ground, and you need to cast Fire Bolt while standing in or aiming through that active Firewall. When that condition is met, the single Fire Bolt projectile becomes three separate bolts, each carrying its own 80–100% damage bonus rather than splitting the base damage between them. This means triggering the split through Firewall isn’t just a minor bonus — it’s close to tripling your effective Fire Bolt output on every cast that meets the condition.
Fire Bolt’s natural piercing property is what makes this especially powerful against single targets. Since Fire Bolt passes through enemies instead of stopping at the first one hit, all three split bolts from a single Flameweaver-triggered cast can hit the same target if they’re aimed correctly, applying three independent stacks of Fire Bolt’s Burning damage over time simultaneously. Against bosses or other priority single targets, this creates a significant DPS spike compared to casting Fire Bolt without Firewall active.
The build implication is straightforward: Flameweaver effectively requires you to maintain Firewall uptime as a supporting skill rather than just an area denial tool, since every Fire Bolt cast outside of an active Firewall loses access to the split entirely. Builds centred around this glove typically prioritize Firewall’s cooldown reduction and duration to maximize the window during which Fire Bolt casts benefit from the triple-bolt effect.
