About the Monster Hunter Wilds Hirabami Boost
Hirabami is often called the most annoying monster in Monster Hunter Wilds. It spends nearly the entire fight floating just out of reach, swooping in for quick attacks before retreating to the air. For melee weapon users, connecting hits consistently is a real challenge — especially when the camera goes haywire in the cramped cliff arenas.
The pack behavior makes things worse. Hirabami always spawns in groups of three, and fighting multiple aerial targets at once leads to constant interruptions. The ice projectiles cause Frostblight, freezing you in place while other Hirabami swoop in for follow-up attacks.
Our boosters use Dung Pods to separate the pack, Flash Pods to ground the target immediately, and focus on breaking the tail repeatedly for Heavy Slicing Pods. These pods are then fired at the head to keep Hirabami grounded, turning an aerial nightmare into a manageable hunt.
What You Can Craft
Hirabami materials create weapons and armor suited for hunters who face status-heavy monsters. The fight may be frustrating, but the gear rewards are worth it.
Since Hirabami doesn’t have a massive health pool, the real difficulty is landing consistent hits. Once grounded, it goes down quickly. Our boosters exploit Focus Strike openings on the head and tail wounds to topple Hirabami repeatedly, maximizing damage windows and ensuring efficient hunts. With our Hirabami Boost, you skip the aerial chase and go straight to crafting.
