About the PoE Delirious Carry
The Simulacrum is Path of Exile’s ultimate Delirium challenge, consisting of 15 waves that progressively increase in monster level, monster modifiers, and Delirium intensity. Each wave adds additional enemy modifiers, making even basic monsters dangerous by later waves. The Delirium bosses Omniphobia, Fear Manifest can start spawning from wave 3, while Kosis, The Revelation appears from wave 5 onward. Both can spawn multiple times throughout the encounter, and defeating them is required for Simulacrum-exclusive unique drops. When you buy PoE Simulacrum Boost from InstantCarry, our boosters handle the escalating difficulty efficiently, ensuring you complete all 15 waves without losing your Simulacrum investment to a failed attempt.
What Is the Simulacrum?
The Simulacrum is a wave-based endgame event found within the Delirium content of Path of Exile 1. Each wave increases in difficulty, spawning more enemies and amplifying their modifiers until even the strongest builds face their limits. Completing the Simulacrum is a feat of skill and endurance, making it one of the most rewarding pieces of content in the game.
Defeating all waves grants the Delirious Bloodline (Impostor) — a powerful Ascendancy that thrives in chaos, rewarding aggressive playstyles, cooldown management, and recovery rate scaling.
Delirious Bloodline (Impostor) Ascendancy Unlock
Upon completion of the Simulacrum, you’ll gain access to the Delirious Bloodline Altar, where you can claim your Impostor Ascendancy. This Bloodline focuses on mobility, cooldown recovery, and hallucination-based effects that blur the line between offense and survival.
