To obtain Atiesh in SoD, you have to complete a Naxxramas-related questline. Firstly, farm 40 Splinters of Atiesh that drops from bosses in that raid. After that, you have to defeat C’Thun and Kel’Thuzad, as each one drops a part of the staff. Finally, defeat Atiesh in Stratholme and the staff is yours.
Note: Atiesh as a legendary weapon does not have a specific chance of drop, as it is acquired via several items. You are guaranteed to obtain it when all the necessary requirements are met.
