War Plans is the new structured endgame system introduced with the Lord of Hatred expansion. Unlocked after completing the campaign in Temis, the main city of Skovos, it lets you build a playlist of up to five endgame activities — Nightmare Dungeons, Helltides, The Pit, Kurast Undercity, Lair Bosses, and Infernal Hordes — and complete them back-to-back in a single session, collecting a consolidated War Chest of rewards at the end. The deeper layer is the Activity Skill Tree system: each activity has its own seven-node progression tree that permanently modifies how that content plays across your entire account, even outside active War Plans. Leveling these trees is what transforms your endgame farming from generic grinding into a highly customized, high-efficiency loop — and getting there takes sustained activity runs that our boost handles for you.

Before Lord of Hatred, players finished content and then hovered over the map deciding what to do next — an experience that caused many players to disengage from the endgame despite having plenty of content available. War Plans replaces that friction with a defined playlist: you choose your activities, lock them in at the Command Table, and the game handles the transitions automatically. No decision fatigue between runs, no manual navigation between content types.
The Activity Skill Tree system is where the long-term depth lives. Each of the seven trees — Nightmare Dungeons, Helltides, The Pit, Kurast Undercity, Lair Bosses, Infernal Hordes, and Tree of Whispers — contains seven progression nodes with unique modifiers that shape how that activity plays. The Pit tree can add Glyph Upgrade Chances that directly accelerate Paragon Board development. The Lair Boss tree can add specific bosses into other activities, allowing you to farm Unique drops during Helltides or Nightmare Dungeons. The Helltide tree can trigger Maggot spawns that drop Boss Trophies for Horadric Cube recipes. These are not minor quality-of-life changes — they are build-defining modifications that create compounding efficiency gains the more you invest.
War Plans also generates required materials automatically — if your playlist includes Infernal Hordes but you’re out of Infernal Compasses, War Plans provides them, removing the secondary farming loop that previously gated activity access.
