The Raven’s Reflection is the Map Fragment required to access Tangmazu, the Raven Trickster — the Delirium Pinnacle Boss introduced in Path of Exile 2’s Return of the Ancients expansion. One fragment is consumed per attempt, and earning each one through normal gameplay means completing the full Strange Reflections questline: running Delirium-afflicted maps to build Deliriousness, finding a Grand Mirror encounter and defeating the dual boss fight inside it, spreading Delirium fog across your Atlas, then clearing all waves of the Simulacrum of Delusion. Only after completing that entire chain do you receive the Raven’s Reflection needed to place in the Withered Willow’s mirror and enter the Paracosm where Tangmazu waits.
After completing the questline once, Raven’s Reflection can also be purchased from the Currency Exchange, but building up enough for sustained farming still requires time and currency investment. About the Raven’s Reflection Fragment
The Raven’s Reflection sits at the end of one of the longest access chains for any Pinnacle Boss in Path of Exile 2’s current content. Unlike fragments tied to a single boss kill or a stackable splinter collection, the Raven’s Reflection is gated behind an entire questline that spans multiple distinct Delirium content layers. You need to trigger a Grand Mirror encounter, clear a dual-boss fight inside it, spread Delirium fog across your Atlas, run maps within that fog until the Simulacrum appears, and then clear all of the Simulacrum’s waves before a single fragment drops. Once you have the fragment, one attempt at Tangmazu consumes it entirely, and the loop starts again if you want another attempt outside of the Currency Exchange route.
Tangmazu himself is one of the more unusual Pinnacle Boss encounters currently in the game. He is not a straightforward DPS race — his attacks combine physical damage, chaos damage, projectile patterns, and illusions that create decoys to confuse which threat is real. The fight rewards players who can maintain mobility, manage chaos resistance carefully, and identify real attack sources under Delirium-themed visual noise. His loot pool includes some of the most sought-after items in the current league, including Split Personality, which allows passive point allocation from a random class start, Veilpiercer, which spreads curses and generates stacks from Cursed enemies, Horror’s Flight, The Auspex, and Sadist’s Mercy, alongside the Trickster’s Shard lineage gem.
For players who want to farm Tangmazu repeatedly, sustaining a supply of Raven’s Reflection fragments is the primary time bottleneck, since each attempt requires either completing another Simulacrum or purchasing a fragment from the Currency Exchange at the current going rate.
