The supported spell deals 50% less damage when cast by Fractured Mimics, but having four simultaneous instances firing at once opens up interactions with ailment application, overlapping area effects, and multi-hit synergies that a single cast cannot produce. The result is a burst mechanic where three casts are held in reserve and triggered all at once on the fourth.

Its Fragment Self triggered mechanic creates a completely new type of spell multiplier: instead of echoing immediately or storing seals, it accumulates up to 4 frozen copies of the caster that all release simultaneously when the limit is reached. The 50% less damage on Mimic casts means the raw total from a full 4-Mimic burst roughly doubles single-cast output at that moment, while the multi-instance nature opens up interactions with ailments, area overlap, and on-cast effects that a standard single cast cannot replicate. The 5-second Mimic duration creates a natural rhythm pressure — cast too slowly and early Mimics expire; cast too quickly and you hit the 4-Mimic limit before maximising other scaling.
