Keepers of Time reputation is earned exclusively through Caverns of Time dungeon runs. Normal difficulty dungeons (Old Hillsbrad Foothills and The Black Morass) grant reputation up to Honored, after which you must run Heroic versions to continue progressing. Each Heroic run provides significant reputation gains, but the daily lockout on Heroic dungeons means reaching Exalted takes multiple days of consistent farming. The faction offers some of the best pre-raid items in TBC Classic, including weapons, trinkets, and the essential Glyph of the Defender for tanks.
